Your Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Campbelltown NSW, you will identify and address physical, psychological, social, environmental, and organizational risk factors affecting workers' return to work.
You will provide strategies to manage these factors.
Manage return-to-work cases under Work Cover.
Conduct assessments like Needs Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Workplace Assessments.
Deliver vocational counseling, interventions, and well-being programs.
Collaborate with individuals, employers, medical, and allied health professionals.
Requirements
ASORC membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor, or relevant qualification supported by full or provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist.
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
Full Australian working rights.
