**The Role**

Reporting into the Accumulations Products and Services Manager, the role is assists in ensuring processes and procedures are adequately captured (including necessary training) for existing and new Accumulations staff. Other focusses of the role will be continuous improvement and streamlining of processes and contribution to product development, grower communications, campaigns and marketing for CBH Marketing & Trading.

**Responsibilities Include**:
- Service internal and external customers regarding all accumulation business at high levels and provide accurate and timely execution of all aspects of Accumulation administration- Create value capture propositions for WA growers using CBH products and services- Liaise with Accumulations Products and Services team and cross divisional stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable continuous improvement strategies- Interpret internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practice for our Products and Services and Grower Communications- Manage internal and external communications working with the Corporate Affairs and Accumulations Products and Services Teams and Marketing and Trading to develop, deliver and/or coordinate Campaigns and Marketing Lists- Assist in the development of Marketing opportunities for the Accumulations Products and Services Team- Contribute to M&T Stakeholder Advisory Group, product planning and product delivery- Actively support the Contract Admin shared mailbox- Assist with contract expiry management and daily WA price dissemination- Liaise with the Lead Business Relationship to deliver and maintain a yearly communication strategic plan.- Contribute to the execution of accurate and timely payments to growers within KPIs

The successful applicant will have excellent attention to detail with a strong customer focus and the ability to work well in a small team environment.

The successful applicant will also require:
- Minimum 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a similar role- Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to resolve complex issues promptly and effectively- Highly developed organisational and administrative skills- Ability to work on multiple tasks, and under pressure- Ability to work autonomously but be a strong contributor to team processes- Process Improvement & Process Mapping- Desirable: Associate degree or degree in business / agriculture / administration or equivalent- Desirable: High level of expertise in accounting and/or agribusiness financing
