Product Accumulation Specialist

The role involves supporting a team in achieving key performance indicators for grain accumulation and financial products. It is essential to build a strong understanding of the end-to-end accumulation experience and effectively support daily core functions of other team members, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Key responsibilities include managing financial product administration, devising and executing workflow processes, ensuring seamless product delivery and execution of contracts and general security agreements, maintaining grain reservations for necessary financial security, and overseeing correspondence with users of financial products and other stakeholders captured within the CRM audit trail and in accordance with business process standards.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to resolve complex issues promptly and effectively
- Highly developed organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks under pressure, autonomously but also as a strong contributor to team processes
