As our Business Application and Process Support Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team ensuring Carinity's business systems effectively support our diverse service streams.

Your day-to-day will involve
Leading the administration, configuration, and support of core business applications (finance, HR, CRM, care systems)
Partnering with stakeholders to analyse, streamline, and improve business processes
Driving digital transformation and innovation initiatives
Managing IT projects, including governance, testing, and change management
Ensuring compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards
Building strong vendor relationships and managing service agreements
Supporting staff through workshops, training, and user focused service delivery
About you
You're a strategic, solutions focused leader and bring proven experience in managing business applications and IT projects, with strong knowledge of process improvement, change management, and enterprise systems.
With a background in vendor management and data governance, you balance technical expertise with a practical, people focused approach.
To be successful, you will have:
Five plus years' experience managing business applications in a medium-large organisation
Three plus years' IT project management experience with working knowledge applying Prince2 or PMBOK methodologies
Relevant degree in IT, Business, Finance, or Information Systems
Strong background in business process improvement and change management
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems and supporting ERP platforms
Knowledge of data governance and compliance within regulated environments.
