Aura Assist, a dedicated provider of personalized disability support services, is seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. If you have a heart for service and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of

- Inner Sydney
- Inner West
- St George
- Eastern Suburbs
- Sutherland Shire
- North Sydney
- Western Sydney

**Position Overview**:
Joining Aura Assist as a Disability Support Worker means you'll be an integral part of our mission - delivering care that considers the complete physical, emotional, and social well-being of our clients. Your role will involve:

- Encouraging and celebrating the independence of our participants.
- Providing respectful, dignified support that aligns with our person-centered approach.
- Fostering a nurturing environment where everyone feels valued and heard.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Prepare and serve meals that respect dietary needs and cultural preferences.
- Support community participation, including outings and engagements.
- Offer companionship, engage in meaningful conversations, and be an excellent listener.
- Maintain clean and orderly living spaces, upholding the choices and rights of participants.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Driver's License (preferred).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- National Police Clearance.
- CPR and First Aid Certificates.
