**The Role***

We're currently looking for a Personal Assistant who will be responsible for the provision of a broad range of high-quality administrative services and personal assistant support to the Director, Office of the Chief Executive. This includes managing of incoming internal and external correspondence, co-ordinating meetings and managing meeting requests and bookings, anticipating and prioritising diaries and requests for information and re-directing where applicable. The position will also be responsible for the drafting of briefs and other internal correspondence, for reporting on data as required and in general for work collaboratively with the Director to contribute to the achievement of business outcomes.
