**Freelance Marketer Wanted - Jardin St James Café**

**About the role**

We're seeking a creative and results-driven **Freelance Marketer** who can help us strengthen our digital and local presence. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about coffee culture, food, and community, and knows how to tell compelling stories across multiple platforms. This is an unpaid position during trial period, work rate will be determined based on performance and experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and customer engagement
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Execute and create engaging visual content
- Coordinate local events, collaborations, or PR opportunities
- Monitor analytics and track ROI of marketing efforts
- Provide insights and recommendations for marketing improvements

**What We're Looking For**
- Proven experience in marketing (ideally in food, hospitality, or lifestyle)
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Social media savvy, with an eye for visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work to deadlines
- Sydney-based or familiar with the local food and café scene a big plus
