We're looking for a customer-centric **Service Designer** to join us at T-shirt Ventures as we continue to build health tech solutions using smarts and heart to help people create and live the life they want.

**The role**:
As a **Service Designer**, you'll be working in a tight-knit, growing startup team alongside Product Designers, Product managers, Sales and Ops to help improve service based experiences that will help people living with disability and long-term health needs overcome their challenges, achieve their goals, and improve the quality of their everyday lives
We play in tech, but we're a human company. Everything you'll do is about solving critical problems for people: people with disability who need services, people who deliver those services, and their families.

**In this role you will**:

- Proactively identify problems before supporting the team to come up with appropriate solutions.
- Support the delivery of end-to-end service design initiatives in order to optimise customer experience across all of T-shirt's consumer facing products and services
- Use human-centred design methods as well as behavioural and empathy driven research to deliver solutions to our customers
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members in the Design, Product and Customer Team to delight our customers
- Leverages qualitative and quantitative insights along with a good sense of judgement to deliver value to customers
- Identify insights from customer research and market analysis, and be able to document and communicate these amongst the team
- Bring your research to life through personas, customer journeys, service blueprints and stories or scenarios.
- Synthesise and present your findings and recommendations to key business stakeholders
- Work closely with and learn from a super passionate and talented Head of Design, Product and Customer
- Play a key role in building out and enhancing our processes / best practices
- Enjoys working on early stage products and thrives on rapidly ideating, iterating and experimenting
- Contribute to our collaborative environment through facilitating workshops involving peers and stakeholders
- Learn and grow professionally as we continue to scale the Design, Product and Customer Team

**About you**:

- You've got a big heart and you're passionate about making a difference
- 4+ years of experience as a Service Designer
- You're passionate about the end user and are obsessively customer centric, having a strong appreciation and eye for design
- You're a team player, who loves sharing and communicating new ideas
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and in a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills
- Strong design thinking and research skills and ability to bring stakeholders along the customer experience journey
- Proven experience operating within an end to end service design role
- You're committed to best practice and process improvements
- You're a problem solver who loves big challenges, tackling them using a collaborative workflow, with the customer front of mind
