With109 manufacturing sites, and 12,000+ employees, we are the Global for prime labels.About the roleWe're on the lookout for a passionateCustomer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at MCC's Adelaide plant.In this exciting and fast-paced role, you'll be the key link between our Sales Representatives and the shipment of goods, ensuring a seamless customer journey from start to finish.
You'll build deep product and customer knowledge, deliver outstanding service, and help drive our commitment to excellence.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong customer-centric mindset who's ready to grow their career and be part of a global organisation that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Duties include:Responding to customer inquiries, process orders accurately, and provide timely updates on order status.Supporting our Account Managers by preparing quotes, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure all documentation is processed efficiently.Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and work with internal departments to find effective solutions.Work closely with the Customer Services team to improve processes, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment.About youIdeally you will have experience in customer service.
