Workfast is seeking an experienced Batcher Operator to join their team in the concrete industry in Browns Plains.

**About You**:
**What You'll Receive**:

- $38.50 per hour + penalties
- Approximately $1,800 per week before tax with potential for overtime
- Monday to Friday schedule with Saturday work available; early morning start at 5 am to 3 pm with a shorter day on Saturday
- Overtime and penalty rates offered

**Requirements**:

- Must have plant operating experience with relevant tickets (e.g., FEL)
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- 1-2 years of production laboring experience
- Physically fit for manual handling work when required
- Ability to read, write, and count
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literacy

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate FEL plant machinery
- Provide excellent phone-based customer service
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements at all times
- Order raw materials
- Perform manual handling and lifting when necessary
- Complete any duties assigned by the foreman/site manager or team leader
