**Responsibilities;**
- Management and coordination of Senior stable staff, including rostering;
- Assist with stable vets to manage the ongoing welfare of horses;
- Maintain horse records in line with the rules of racing;
- Assisting at jump-outs, barrier trials, race days, and representing the stable;
- Reporting to Trainer, Racing Manager & Transport

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a Racing Stable and team;
- Experience and confidence in handling and educating horses;
- Race day experience representing a stable;
- Knowledge and understanding of the rules of racing;
On the job training can be provided for suitable applicant with less experience. Competitive salary and assistance with accomodation can be provided.

Base salary starting at $73,150 + Superannuation.
