This role involves discussing our products to clients directly dialling in and finding a tailored solution to their insurance needs. About The Role
Onsite and full-time, based at our Chermside office
Professionally handle inbound calls from new and existing clients
Provide exceptional customer service
Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities to provide tailored policies
Sell the benefits of our innovative products and services to customers
Work towards sales and performance targets
Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve with customers
