Analyse Supply chain performance across multiple business units

As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for multi faceted data extraction, analysis, report development, and presentation for both the Motion industrial business and Repco and NAPA Auto businesses. You will be based in the head office in Chullora NSW 2190 and report to the GM Supply Chain.

**What your day looks like?**
- **Foster **productive relationships with other analysts and Supply chain team members to ensure analytical tools and procedures are implemented in an accurate and timely manner, with trackable and measured results
- **Work** in alignment with other teams as required and use business insights to make recommendations and take action
- **Maintain**, **analyse**, and **strategically report** on databases with focus on market trends, industry, and competitor performance
- **Develop** top level business performance indicators to support and monitor business strategy implementation
- **Perform **proficient data extraction to compile reports with only relevant information for senior management
**Who are you?**
- **Proven experience** in business analytics, statistics and reporting
- **Qualified** in Commerce, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics or Marketing
- **Confident **to present findings to Executives and Marketing & Operations teams
- **Ability** to develop business intelligence tools that can be used to respond quickly to changing market needs and trends
- **Experience **in database use and data extraction. Knowledge of SQL and Power BI at an intermediate level is highly favourable
- **Computer literate** at an advanced level with Excel and strong ability to convert results into visuals/dashboards
- **Organised **with focus on time management, planning, and verbal & visual communication
- **Problem solver** who creates solutions that will drive profitability while maintaining targets
