**Get to know the role**

As we continue to expand our menu to more locations, more exciting opportunities to join our EJ family become available. We are looking for a Shift Supervisor who is enthusiastic and able to manage a shift, able to make optimal store operations decisions, coach a dedicated team and develop leadership skills (passionate about juicy chicken cooked on hot charcoal is a bonus). Shift Supervisors are experts in store operations running smoother than you can say Shawarma, ensuring high-quality service and formidable relationships are established and fostered with both customers and your team.

**Key EJ responsibilities**

- Be adaptable and a strong team leader in a QSR environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knows how to manage time like a boss

**Ideal skills and experience**
- Strong leadership experience in the retail or QSR restaurant industry
- Completed Hospitality Qualifications
- Completed Food Safety Handling Certification
- Working to a high level of energy and efficiency
- Be a favourable team player - just like our menu teams our juicy Chicken Plate perfectly with our flavoursome fresh sides
- Willingness to follow direction and procedures to align with our values
