**About the role**
Reporting to the Manager Remediation Delivery, you will engage with stakeholders from across RACQ to effectively provide the guidance and business-side decision making for the technical workstream of the Remediation and Rectification Program. This includes driving the delivery of the workstream alongside being accountable for the eliciting, documenting, and prioritising of the business requirements and working with technology to elaborate, deliver and test them effectively.
As a pivotal member of the delivery team, you will use your innovative thinking, process improvement techniques and problem-solving skills to drive solutions and outcomes across both processes and systems. You will work with technology to showcase development to program leadership and coordinate UAT required, and support warranty/debriefs etc.
Please note this is a 6 month full time fixed term contract based in Eight Mile Plains with hybrid work arrangements on offer.
**About you**
You are an experienced Lead Business Analyst, ideally with experience of acting as a Product Owner with understanding and knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques. You possess outstanding prioritisation, communication, facilitation and influencing skills and can confidently interact with a variety of stakeholders within the organisation.
- Minimum Post Graduate university degree in relevant study area
- 3+ years' relevant experience with a strong understanding of AGILE delivery methodology.
- Must have the ability to think analytically, solve problems within complex business processes, and document results.
- The ability to communicate complex, often technical, ideas in a simple, clear, and concise manner across functional and technical departments
- Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office and Visio
- Must be process-oriented with sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through including the flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven track record in delivering quality solutions through utilisation of Business Analysis skillset.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to use discretion and judgement to make prioritisation decisions.
