Chief Innovation Officer

This role involves leading the development of innovative solutions across our global technology landscape.
You will work closely with operational and technical teams to support the development and delivery of operations management solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategic plans and product roadmaps that deliver innovative outcomes across our business.
- Collaborating with technical teams to implement solutions for Materials Management.
- Owning the full lifecycle of assigned products from concept to delivery.
- Playing an active role in Agile and Scrum processes to prioritize and clear roadblocks.
- Performing unit testing and coordinating user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality products.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related IT field.
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Applications Development, Resource Planning, Business Analysis, DevOps, and Cloud Integration.
- Working knowledge of Operations solutions, Equipment Reliability, Materials Management, and Reliability Excellence practices.
- Effective communication skills and ability to influence at senior levels.
- Flexible work approach with night calls may be required to collaborate with global teams.
