**Core Activities**
- Manage inbound/outbound bookings with transport providers and suppliers
- Administer and maintain inbound and outbound inter-company transfer process in inventory systems and ensure all outstanding T/O's are audited weekly
- Liaise with Client operations and concierge services regarding delivery or service issues and action accordingly to resolve
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

**Your skills and experience for success**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with NetSuite would be advantageous
- Experience with WMS
- Experience in Logistics inbound and outbound
