Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking enthusiastic Electrical Supervisors for a 5:2 roster (Monday-Friday) in the Kwinana and Perth Metropolitan area.

Role
As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll step into a key leadership role, guiding skilled crews and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-standard electrical outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will require
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the mining and resources sector, particularly across projects and shutdowns
Strong knowledge of AS/NZS wiring rules and relevant electrical standards
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Demonstrated alignment with Tasman Power's values, including safety, integrity, and accountability
Demonstrated experience in a similar position, preferably within the construction industry for a minimum of 3 years
Cert III or Cert IV Instrumentation (or equivalent)
WA A Grade Electrical License
Working at Heights
Provide First Aid (LVR/CPR within one year)
High Risk Work Licence (EWP over 11m)
