We're looking for a dynamic and experienced
Manager
to join our
Albury office
, located in the heart of the Murray region. Surrounded by heritage architecture, cultural landmarks, and a thriving local community, Albury offers the perfect blend of lifestyle and leadership opportunity.
As a Manager in our Business Advisory division, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial and tax services to clients, while leading and mentoring a team of professionals. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
What You'll Do
Review and oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns across a range of entities
Provide strategic tax planning and business advisory services to clients
Analyse financial data and develop financial models to support client decision-making
Identify and resolve complex accounting and tax issues
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering practical and commercial advice
Manage workflow and team performance, ensuring high-quality outcomes
Mentor and develop junior staff, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively support clients
What You Bring
A degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major
CA qualification (or equivalent)
5-7 years' experience in professional services, with proven leadership capabilities
Strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
A commitment to ongoing professional development
Desirable:
Experience in business development or client acquisition
