What You'll Be Doing
Providing a warm and welcoming first point of contact for families and visitors.
Managing phone and email enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Supporting clinical teams with accurate data entry, filing, and administrative support.
Using hospital systems to coordinate appointments, manage records, and ensure services run efficiently.
Adhering to privacy, safety, and cultural respect standards—your attention to detail will help us deliver safe, quality care.

Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.
Can juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure—hospital life is fast-paced
Works well both independently and as part of a team.
