A senior technical leader is sought to oversee the management of a mission-critical SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical operations, automation, and platform reliability for a fast-growing HR/Payroll solution.
Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerised deployments.
Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and support after-hours resolution and release activities.
Administer SQL databases, manage security, implement encryption and compliance best practices, and support high availability configurations and performance tuning.
Mentor technical staff, support DevOps maturity, and ensure operational excellence across the stack.
Requirements:
10+ years in senior IT roles with a focus on operations and platform engineering.
Proven expertise across Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, enterprise networking, and cloud security.
Proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
Proven success in CI/CD pipeline engineering and infrastructure as code (Terraform or ARM).
Experience in 24x7 SaaS support environments and ISO/IEC 27001-compliant operations.
Strong communication and incident leadership skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in HR/Payroll SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), Prometheus, Grafana, and SQL Profiler.
Azure SQL Managed Instance.
ITIL knowledge and Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator or Database Admin Associate).
SSIS/SSRS and data integration experience.
