Overview
Harbour Rocks Hotel is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join the team, reporting to the General Manager. This role is ideal for a Duty Technician looking to step into leadership and take on responsibility for the hotel's maintenance.

Role: Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities and duties include:
Undertaking general repairs and maintenance, including preventative maintenance
Servicing plant and general equipment as directed
Troubleshooting and repairing equipment, plumbing and electrical systems
Painting and gardening duties
General carpentry
Purchasing and administration
Coordinating and communicating with guests, customers and third-party contractors to resolve maintenance issues
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a similar role
Clear understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices
Ability to assist other operational areas of the hotel if required
Ability to work unsupervised and collaborate with other departments
Ability to work quickly and efficiently to a high standard
Solid customer service and computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
Strong communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English
Requirements
