**PASTA SPECIALISTS**

Boutique pasta laboratory and restaurant, with a focus on fresh filled pasta is hiring a pasta specialist.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

While the role is back-of-house, making and cooking fresh pasta, customer service is essential as the kitchen is open-plan. This means communication and presentation are very important for this role.

- Long-term position with a strong focus on training,
- Ability to progress

**ABOUT YOU**

The ideal applicant will be adaptable and eager to learn. Duties will range from weighing and boxing pasta and cleaning, to sheeting, filling and rolling fresh Tortellini di Bologna.

Pay: From $33.96 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
