NSW, Michael Clarke Recreation Centre - Carnes Hill 2171Exciting new role as part of Belgravia Leisure's site leadership teamFull-time positionCovering both Michael Clarke Recreation Centre and Michael Wenden Aquatic Leisure CentreThe Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator reports directly to the Area Sales and Guest Experience Manager and leads a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with the Belgravia Leisure Guest Charter.The Manager will train, develop, and be accountable for the performance of Guest Experience Officers, focusing on achieving subscription membership results across all programs offered by the facility.About YouThe successful candidate will work in line with peak periods to meet community needs, including evenings and weekends.
This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to monitor performance through data and process adherence.
