This is your opportunity to lead critical OT initiatives that support safe, reliable, and sustainable energy generation across the state.About the RoleAs the Program Manager – Operational Technology, you'll oversee the delivery of a portfolio of OT projects spanning generation sites and corporate systems.
You'll work closely with engineering, IT, and site operations teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of OT programs across multiple energy generation sitesManage stakeholder engagement across technical, operational, and executive levelsEnsure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and timeline expectationsCoordinate site travel and on-ground project activities with minimal disruption to operationsDrive continuous improvement and risk mitigation across OT systems and processesExperience and Background RequirementsProven experience managing complex OT or ICS programs in asset-intensive industries eg.
