We recognise the effort you put in, reward your progress, and invest in your development because your success shapes our success.Key responsibilitiesOperate modern tools and machinery, including zero-turn mowers, brush cutters, and blowers.Perform routine tasks : mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, planting, mulching, fertilising, and pest control.Plan daily schedules and manage team workflows to ensure safe, efficient task completion.Complete site paperwork : pre-starts, daily reports, Take 5s, and SWMS.Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and uphold a professional image.Maintain and repair irrigation systems, including programming and fault-finding.Monitor plant and soil health, conduct testing, and apply treatments as needed.Assist with seasonal planting and minor design updates to keep the site looking its best.Identify and report site improvement opportunities or concerns.Ensure WHS procedures are followed by all team members.Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.Help train and mentor junior team members.What will you needCertificate III in Horticulture or Parks and GardensDriver's licence (Manual or Automatic)National Police CheckWorking with Children CheckThe benefits of joining our teamTraining from some of the best in the industryAbove award wages and penalty rates with regular pay reviewsUniforms provided – short sleeves and long sleeves setsFulltime permanent benefits (Annual leave, Sick days and RDO's)Great work culture that will make you feel like one of the team on day one.Opportunities for career progression and continual developmentWe're here to help you be the + and shape a future you're proud of.
