Software Integration Testing Manager

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the integration testing of software across multiple product portfolios. In this position, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and delivering high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and/or testing, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Prior experience in the land-based gaming industry is preferred, but not required.
You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all testing strategies are aligned with the overall product development process. This includes collaborating with development teams to customize testing approaches by product scope and status.
Key responsibilities include:
Buiding and managing a team of SIT engineers responsible for end-to-end software integration testing.
Directing procedures, tools, and test plans to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Monitoring project progress and conferring with management to ensure design and development are on schedule.
We're looking for a strong communicator who can navigate changing business priorities and be flexible. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
A bachelor's degree in computer science or electronics is required, along with a proven ability to utilize creative thinking to solve complex engineering problems.
