Casual Administration Support Employee Required in Petrie, QLD.

We have a casual Administration Support position currently available within our organisation. We are a small close-knit team, of nine, that all work remotely within Australia. Our general line of work is coordinating retail display installations and retail merchandising.

The role available is a varied and flexible role that will require the successful applicant to provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, scheduling, maintaining records and perform other administrative duties as required, to support our support team with ongoing and upcoming projects.

**Experience/availability required**:

- Previous Administration experience
- Fluent written and verbal English
- **Committed, reliable and looking for a long-term role**
- Live within 30 minutes of Petrie QLD
- Are willing and able to commit to a casual role with for 35-40 hours per week - during quiet periods hours may drop to 10-15 hours per week (over Christmas)
- Be available to work public holidays when required
- **Four to six weeks training will be required to be completed, in Petrie, QLD**
- Once the initial training period has been completed, the successful applicant will be required to work one or two days each week in Petrie QLD and/or Rothwell QLD

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.09 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Petrie, QLD 4502
