**What You'll Do**:

- **Develop Displays**: You'll be the mastermind behind our in-store displays. Create merchandising displays that balance store expectations and our business objectives.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with Store Managers, Merchandise Managers and store staff. Your positive relationships will drive success. Retailers you'll visit include JB Hi Fi, Bunnings and The Good Guys.
- **Visual Magic**: Maximise customer interest by displaying products in an enticing way. You'll produce logical product flows to help customers easily choose the product that suits their needs.

**What You Bring**:

- **Experience**: Proven working experience in merchandising.
- **Creativity**: You're highly creative and understand logical product and price flows.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication. You know how to listen, present, and make informed decisions.
