
Manager, Health Strategy And Compliance

The Manager, Health Strategy and Compliance leads a team responsible for the administration and enforcement of health-related obligations under Queensland's resources safety and health legislation. This includes obligation under the Coal Mine Workers' Health Scheme and requirements relating to managing the risks of psychosocial hazards.
The position oversees the delivery of regulatory services, strategic initiatives, policy and operational projects relating to health-related legislative frameworks. The role also leads the design, planning and execution of regulatory programs, including audits and other compliance interventions, using a risk-based and data-driven approach.
