Health Compliance Specialist

This role offers a chance to advance your career within a leading organisation while based in Brisbane.

The Health, Wellbeing and Compliance Coordinator will manage return-to-work plans, coordinate CBM health reviews and provide risk-based advice to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage medical records confidentially
  • Review pre-employment medicals and interpret medical reports
  • Provide expert advice on medical report interpretations
  • Coordinate health reviews and develop strategies for employee wellbeing
  • Oversee group email inbox and respond promptly to inquiries

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Formal qualifications in Allied Health (Paramedic or Registered Nurse)
  • Experience in medical case management or a health-related setting
  • Strong influencing skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload efficiently
  • Standard 11 (or willing to obtain)
  • Candidate must have formal qualifications in Allied Health
