**Your Impact**

As a **Brewing Team Leader** within our **Cascade Brewery in South Hobart**, you will be responsible for leading the team of brewing operators to achieve performance targets, including providing leadership, planning and allocation of tasks to ensure adequate coverage and output. You will work closely with operators across all brewing areas, and support in assessing quality issues, in addition to responding to any breakdowns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure that process changes are implemented as per instruction from the Technical Brewers
- Manage the end-to-end brewing planning (wort production through to filtration)
- Ensure correct and timely entry of process data into the appropriate systems
- Complete accurate and timely shift admin and reports.
- Monitor and control the process and perform the required actions needed to correct out of control processes
- Share information/instructions at meetings to focus on shift performance gap closure
- Facilitate effective teamwork through role allocation, tracking and conflict resolution

**About You**

Experience in leading operations teams in fast-paced environments like Brewing, Dairy, or Pharma, with strong analytical skills and leadership across operators, trades, and contractors.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and influence change with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Degree qualification in Science, Engineering or another related discipline would be highly advantageous
- A passion for brewing, and currently undertaking or completed IBD would be highly advantageous
