We are on the lookout for an Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) to join the team at our new Bayside store opening SOON.
- This is a great opportunity for store leaders who are wanting to be a part of an exciting project and set up a brand new store. If you're an efficient, pro-active leader with a connection to sport and you'd love to work for a global brand - then we are looking for you

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:

- Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
- Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customer's with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards
- Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
- Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
