Join a passionate team of retail professionals and take your career to the next level as an Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) at our Factory Outlet in Uni Hill. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to work on a part-time basis, contributing to the success of our store by achieving targets and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve store targets and maintain optimal consumer satisfaction through effective teamwork and staff productivity
  • Role model excellent service and sales standards to provide customers with a world-class experience while inspiring and leading the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals
  • Represent the brand and its values, products, and services in an engaging and impactful way
  • Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and ensure adequate shop floor replenishment
  • Train and coach team members to refine their service skills, foundational and seasonal brand knowledge, and product expertise
  • Coordinate team members to ensure seamless inventory processing procedures and stock-to-floor processes
Requirements:
  • Experience in leading retail teams in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in brand and product knowledge
