Working with the front-line team to provide outstanding care to residents, promoting a culture of values-based, person-centred care. Working closely with senior clinicians, leading a team of nurses, personal carers and support staff, ensuring their ongoing performance by providing coaching and direction to enable their success.

Your part in our Blue Care team
- Promoting a high standard of quality and compliance, ensuring your facility meets all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities - Ensuring strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs.

What makes a difference for us?
- Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification - Current AHPRA registration - Experience coordinating care provision within a large team - Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities - Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
