Experienced Tiler for Van-Based Services

This is a skilled role, supported by our head office where you are supplied with a van, fuel, tools, equipment, products and training to excel in your work.

This position suits experienced tilers with or without formal qualifications who can perform a range of services including full re-tiling projects, maintenance tiling primarily in bathrooms and balconies, and tile and grout restoration work.

High quality outcomes and excellent customer service are essential requirements for this role.

We will provide specialist training in tile and grout restoration and associated services, performed in residential and commercial properties throughout the area. A company-owned van and tools will also be supplied.

To be considered for these roles, you will need:

  • Drivers License
  • Tiling skills and experience
  • Excellent communication skills and personality
  • Good presentation as you will be interacting with customers
  • A proven track record in delivering high-quality work
  • A desire for stability and job security
  • The ability to learn new systems and work within those guidelines
  • To undergo a National Crime Check to verify your right to work with and around children and vulnerable people
  • To undergo routine Covid & influenza vaccines

You will work in both residential and commercial properties - an inherent respect for others' property is crucial.

This role will mainly involve servicing clients in the region - ideal for someone living nearby.

If you have experience in caulking, grouting, stripping & sealing, tile cleaning or restoration, detail cleaning, or other building-related skills then you may be considered for a non-tiling role.

If you are a tiler looking for lighter and easier work to reduce stress on your body, then we'd like to hear from you. If you have tiling experience but no qualifications, we'd also like to consider you.

You will receive training and support - both are on offer.

A fair starting rate is available and there will be an opportunity for review after your probation period. Substantial overtime is also available, paid at normal rates.
