Working days – Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Providing support to improve independence by assisting with living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and personal care.Keeping customer records up to date using online systems.Developing and maintaining professional relationships with people, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders.Assist in the development or implementation of care plansTo Be Successful in This Role:You are punctual, friendly, non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate.
