Join Tabcorp as a P&C Operations Consultant to deliver efficient people-related processes and support a dynamic HR team in Melbourne.Your RoleHere's what you will be doing:Execute all people-related processes efficiently and accurately within the People & Culture (P&C) team.Deliver professional, responsive, customer-focused service, advice, and support to partners, managers, and employees.Help shape the employee experience through practical, people-first solutions that strengthen culture and support team success.Collaborate as part of an energetic and fun team.About YouWhat you'll need:Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel, with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage conflicting priorities.Ability and desire to work collaboratively as part of a team with a flexible approach to work.Experience with an HRMS system such as Oracle is advantageous.Compensation & BenefitsVariety of leave types including cultural leave, volunteer leave, flexi leave, and 18 weeks' parental leave for all new parents.Access to a comprehensive health and wellbeing app and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
