**About the Role**
Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager will lead all elements of the SAI operations with a 'Caring Heart & Commercial Mind' in a client centric and community focused manner.
**About You**
You are a passionate and self-driven leader who approaches work with agility, drive, pragmatism, and a solution-outcome focus. You have a genuine desire to provide the best quality care and service to all stakeholders and are comfortable dealing with a range of priorities. You have experience in a shared-service operating model and comfortable contributing to an ELT. You also have sound financial and budgeting skills, technology-awareness, and an ongoing commitment to learning and personal development.
Above all, you enjoy being challenged and part of a positive working culture.
