As a strategic campaign manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and conversion for our retail banking business. Our Performance and Media team is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market initiatives across multiple performance marketing channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to co-develop and manage comprehensive campaigns that drive product consideration and acquisition.

You will be responsible for rigorously measuring campaign performance, identifying trends, and insights that inform strategic decisions and optimization recommendations across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Developing test-and-learn frameworks and initiatives to drive conversion and improve the customer experience
Managing large media budgets and executing campaigns to drive acquisition volume efficiently
Collaborating with digital advertising platforms and internal Data & AI, Digital, and Technology teams to identify and deliver innovations to our digital advertising program
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns across paid search (Google Ads), affiliates (Canstar, Finder), app stores (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns), and programmatic media buying (DA360)
Ability to analyze data and create reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Datorama, and ThoughtSpot
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working as part of cross-functional teams
