**Anytime Fitness Aberfoyle Park is looking for a passionate and dedicated Member Care to join our team.**

**About the Role**:
As a Member Care, you will be responsible for maintaining our club's positive culture, upholding our 5-star hygiene and cleaning standards, and executing general reception duties.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- New Memberships: Assisting with the sales process to convert prospect inquiries into membership sales.
- Customer Service Activities: Addressing member inquiries and service calls, providing exceptional service.
- Club Maintenance: Cleaning the gym to maintain our high standards.
- Member Engagement: Spending time on the gym floor, interacting with members, and fostering a positive club culture.
- Content Creation: creating video and photo content for our social media channels.

**Availability**:
The starting shifts for this role will be:

- Fridays: 10am to 3pm
- Saturdays: 9am to 12pm

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
