**Job Description:**
As a junior lawyer in the legal investments team, you will play a key role in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and fund-related documentation.
You will manage legal workstreams for direct infrastructure transactions and direct debt transactions, supporting the broader team on M&A and JV activity.
Additionally, you will provide advice on regulations, legislation, and regulatory reform, researching and providing training to the business.
Managing external legal counsel is also a critical aspect of this role.
**Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and fund related documentation.
Managing legal workstreams for direct infrastructure transactions and direct debt transactions.
Supporting the broader team on M&A and JV activity.
Providing advice on regulations, legislation, and regulatory reform.
Researching and providing training to the business.
Managing external legal counsel.
