As part of our commitment to 5-star service, we offer a courtesy driving service to and from our **Frankston Mazda **dealership for each of our highly valued customers. This role is highly customer centric and suited to someone who loves to chat (and is an exceptionally safe driver). Operating in a busy environment you will be maintain a clean and tidy appearance and will utilise your brilliant communication skills to ensure our customers are greeted by a bright and bubbly face.

**To achieve this, your key duties and major activities will include**:

- Ensure that customers are transferred to and from points of destination as efficiently as possible with the best possible customer service.
- Maintain a professional/helpful approach at all times when liaising collection/drop off with all customers.
- Ensure the courtesy bus is cleaned on a regular basis both inside and out.
- Assist Service Departments in the delivery of vehicles and parts to outside services or to customers themselves, as required.
- Maintain and supply all Service Departments with current newspapers and magazines.
- Assist in replenishing and maintain customer service lounge area throughout the day.
- Ensure Service Loan Car fleet is clean and fuelled as required

**What you need to succeed in the role**:

- Strong customer service skills and the demonstrated ability to manage enquiries in a professional manner.
- Intermediate demonstrated computer skills including proficient use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office 365.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a busy environment with the demonstrated ability to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current manual and automatic drivers license

We are looking to fill this position on a full-time basis, the hours of work are Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, however we are flexible and would be happy to discuss a part-time position.
