Eightcap is an Australian online financial trading Company that specialises in foreign exchange (Forex) and contract for difference (CFD) trading, offering over 250 tradable instruments to retail clients. The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has offices in the UK, Cypress, Guatemala, Bahamas, and Bulgaria.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our growing People & Culture team. In this newly created role, you'll play a critical part in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to support Eightcap's global growth. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Business Partners, you'll build diverse pipelines and be the first point of contact for future Eightcap talent.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and nurture talent pools for critical and recurring roles, ensuring we always have top talent in the pipeline.
- Keep up with industry trends and share insights on market talent pools.
- Other adhoc duties within the People and Culture team as required

**Who are you?**
- Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify hard-to-find talent.
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive and curious mindset - always looking for new ways to attract talent.
