**We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Contact Centre Agent to join the team in Launceston.**

There is currently one permanent **Full time** position working **Monday to Friday**, shifts scheduled between the core hours of **8:00am and 5.30pm.**

**What will you be doing?**
- Driving the delivery of high quality contact centre services
- Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency over the phone and through our online booking platform
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

**Our ideal team members will have**:

- Clear communication skills, both in speaking and listening, along with patience and empathy for people in varying situations
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and multi-task between different systems while actively listening
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Call Centre experience is preferred but not essential
- As a team player, you will be determined to succeed in achieving your KPI's and your strong work ethic will be highly valued.
- Adaptability to evolving changes in workflow
