This Australian insurance company is a reputable organisation that offers a wide range of products and services. Its office is located in Melbourne CBD - with an extremeley flexible working from home hybrid arrangement. Due to an exciting new digital transformation project, a Change Manager is required to join the friendly team in their Melbourne office.

You'll manage the organisational change for a systems upgrade, working with highly engaged sponsors and leaders across multiple different teams. Your primary responsibilities are to coach leaders and manage the resputation of what change can deliver.

Your previous experience delivery change management on complex transformational programs will lead to your success. You will have a strong in-depth understanding of people change and organisational change, strong communication skills and the ability to engage with and present to senior stakeholders.
