The Role:Emboldened by client wins, this is a growth hire .
We're looking for a seasoned quantitative researcher to lead and deliver a variety of ad hoc, bespoke research projects- end to end.Client Engagement – Build deep rapport with clients through your engaging communication style and relentless problem-solving approach.Quantitative Expertise – Deliver projects like customer segmentations, price strategy, new product development, CX and journey mapping, usage and attitude, brand positioning, campaign strategy and customer value propositions.Analytical Strength - Confident in research design and excited by the challenge of finding patterns in data.Strategic Mindset – Translate insight into actionable strategies that tackle real business problems.Brand & Culture – Passionate about helping brands stand for something bigger - values, attitudes and lifestyles that truly connect.Leadership – Potential to line manage a direct report in the Sydney office.Our Ideal Candidate:~5+ years' experience in quantitative market researchExperience within a strategic insights agency is essentialClient-ready with a proven track record of leading accounts confidentlyVersatile across sectors- FMCG, tech, entertainment, finance, retailStrong technical/statistical skills- Q is key; R is a nice-to-haveComfortable owning projects from design through to deliveryDeeply passionate about using insight to drive standout outcomes in brand, marketing, innovation and experience strategyWhy this role?
