Senior Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our commercial property team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for working on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters such as sales and acquisitions, retail, industrial and commercial leasing, property development work, mixed-used development projects, joint venture property developments.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires high levels of responsibility and autonomy. You will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, supervise junior lawyers in the team, and play a major role in the further expansion of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working on a variety of commercial property matters including sales and acquisitions, retail, industrial and commercial leasing, property development work, mixed-used development projects, joint venture property developments.
  • Building strong client relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Supervising junior lawyers in the team and contributing to their professional development.
  • Playing a key role in the further expansion of the team.
Requirements
  • No less than 4 years of experience in commercial property law.
  • Strong technical skills and commercial nous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A commercial approach and ability to negotiate contracts and conduct negotiations to get the best result for clients.
  • Enthusiasm, drive and ambition.
