Talent Focus is working on behalf of a client to fill a
**Permanent Full-time Marketing and Communications Officer** position based in Norwest.

**Permanent | Full time Opportunity | $90K + super**

**About the role**
The Marketing Communications Officer will take responsibility for localising and developing all marketing communications activities including marketing plan creation and implementation, and sales support across customer target groups under the direction of, and in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.

- Sales and Customer Service Support
- Champion for Digital Platforms
- Third-Party Management

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing.
- Minimum 2+ years of progressive marketing communications experience preferably with medical devices, BGM, OTC, Rx, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in delivering results through strong execution of marketing strategies.
- Focus on customer needs, sound judgment, and decision-making.
- Proficient in core marketing communication skills: segmentation, messaging, event management, and agency management.
- Experience in collateral production, from copywriting to material review and ongoing management.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with customer insight, both with healthcare professionals and end-users.
- Proficient in computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM).
