About the Role
RocketAMS is looking for a Brand Manager to lead strategy and own client relationships across a portfolio of consumer brands on Amazon AU, US, JP, and UK.
You'll be the driver of performance – setting direction, solving problems, and making sure we deliver the best results for our clients. This is a role for someone who knows Amazon: how to grow a brand on the platform, how to spot issues early, and how to keep things moving across ads, content, and retail operations.
You'll also lead a pod of in-house specialists (ads, content, ops) – guiding their work, keeping them focused on the right priorities, and helping them develop. You won't be in the weeds every day, but you'll stay close to the details and make sure the work that goes out the door is right.
Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day for your clients – setting direction, running calls, and keeping everything aligned.
Manage and coach in-house specialists across ads, creative, and retail ops.
Track Amazon performance, interpret the data, and communicate insights clearly.
Share wins, progress, and next steps to keep clients confident.
Review deliverables before they reach the client – quality is your responsibility.
Solve problems quickly, prioritise what matters, and keep momentum.
About You
You've worked with Amazon before – whether inside Amazon or managing a brand's Amazon business – and you understand how the platform works. You know how to navigate Seller Central or Vendor Central, read the numbers, and spot opportunities.
You're organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You've probably come from one of these backgrounds:
Vendor or Seller account management in Amazon 1P or 3P.
Agency-side management of Amazon accounts.
You've mastered running accounts and now want to step up, managing people, shaping their work, and building leadership experience while still staying close to the details.
What You'll Need

Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
Confident using ClickUp (or similar) and Google Sheets
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and driving accountability
A problem-solver with a proactive mindset
